Blue Door Agency has been named to The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies for the second consecutive year. The ranking measures three-year revenue growth, and the 2026 list recognizes 375 companies from across the country.

Making the list once can be a great year. Making it twice in a row means the growth is sticking.

Four days after the list came out, the team got together to mark Blue Door’s ninth anniversary. Laura Silver, Founder and CEO, raised a glass to the room.

“This company matters to me, and it should matter to all of you,” Silver said. “So cheers to you for how much you give to this company every day. I’m so proud to be someone that you’ve chosen to work for.”

“Last year I said growth isn’t always pretty, and that’s still true,” said Andrew Verescak, Partner and Chief Growth Officer. “This year it came from clients who renewed, clients who took us into new markets, and new partners who took a chance on us. That’s the kind of growth that lasts.”

“Two years in a row is the real deal,” said Rob McLaren, Chief Marketing Officer. “It doesn’t happen without an immensely talented team and clients who trust us with their brands.”

It’s been a big year. In July, Blue Door promoted three long-time team members into director roles: Aaron Lieberman, Director of Operations; Melissa Prince, Director of Agency Experience; and Anneliese Diamantopoulos, Director of Public Relations. The in-house creative team also refreshed the brand from the ground up, from logo to an impressive amount of team-worn merch.

Over the past year, Blue Door added major new client partners, including belairdirect, Bailey Nelson, CarltonOne, Ryde:, Saffron Hospitality Group, and Zonnic. Its longest-standing clients, Longo’s, Canadian Opera Company, and Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, all renewed. The agency was also named Vendor of Record for the Toronto Parking Authority and a Preferred Vendor for Marriott Hotels.

Blue Door’s footprint now reaches Halifax, Minnesota, Chicago, Salt Lake City, Texas, and Florida, and that expansion came directly through existing client relationships.

Blue Door started in 2017 with a simple idea: do great work and prove it with numbers. Year ten is the same idea, with more people and more markets behind it.
